PNH : Kidnapping foiled
Tuesday May 7, 2024, a patrol of the Haitian National Police (PNH) foiled a kidnapping attempt on Rue Marcelin in downtown Port-au-Prince. During the police intervention, two of the kidnappers were fatally injured in the exchange of fire, 2 other accomplices managed to escape. The victim is safe and sound.
