In those early days of 2014, it is a pleasure for me to present you my best wishes of happiness, for you, your families and all those who are dear to you. I also wish to form a year of exemplary collaboration between Parliament and the Executive.

Mwen swete nou chak onorab kila a Bonne Ane 2014, Bonne ane a tout sitwayen nou ki chita nan sikonskripsyon ak seksyon kominal yo, nan depatman yo ak nan diaspora a.

Rest assured, Honourable Members of my loyal and sincere commitment to the success of a legislative agenda to the height of challenges that the country faces.

Peyi a gen gwo defi. Nou rezoud anpil ladan yo an 2013. Ann travay an 2014 pou nou kontinye rezoud problèm pèp la paske listwa montre ke lè gen goumen antre nou, se nou tout ki pèdi e se bak ke nou fè.

On this day, the Constitution makes me obligation to submit to Parliament the report on the activities of my Government from July 2013 to December 2013. This exercise is the testimony of the strength of our democracy and proof of institutional collaboration sustained.

Konstitisyon an mande mwen pou vin prezante eta peyi a ak bilan reyalizasyon gouvènman an. Anjeneral kesyon ki toujou poze : se eske eta peyi a pi bon jodia 13 Janvye 2014 ke jan nou te jwenn li lè yo te remèt nou li 14 Me 2011 ?
Repons la se WI !

Peyi sa ke nou genyen jodia li miyò ke peyi ke nou te jwenn nan. Nou rive la a, nan travay men nan men ant paleman ak ekzekitif la.

For me, Prime Minister for 20 months, it is especially an opportunity to share with you the results of government action and present the significant progress and achievements in the country.

It is also a great opportunity to thank before you, warmly the President of the Republic, His Excellency Michel Martelly, for the confidence he has placed in me, and especially for his exemplary leadership and steadfast determination to build a new HAITI!

Honourable Members,
Ladies and Gentlemen,

On January 12, 2014 just reminded us, four years after, this terrible tragedy for the nation and the painful memories that have devastated so many Haitian families. We all lived in our flesh and our bowels the disappearance of mothers, fathers, children, and friends, but also so many girls and son of HAITI.

4 lane âpre 12 Janvye 2010 kè nap soufri toujou. Nou pèdi plis pase 250.000 frè ak sè nou. Sete yon gwo chòk pou chak fanmi, pou chak zanmi, pou chak diaspora.

I can not refrain from propmose you to observe a minute's silence in memory of the fallen.

But life continue and we can not wallowing in sorrow and sadness. Duty commands us to stand up and determined to support those who survived to this tragedy and who still suffer today with emotional harm and consequences in their daily lives.
We need to stand to rebuild public buildings, to help our university to educate our children, to give employment opportunities to the people to assist the neediest... short to rebuild our country. It is this difficult and challenging task to which my Government has been working for the past 6 months.

As I said from the rostrum of the UN, during the last General Assembly, Haiti is a country under construction looking to the future. Despite the daily difficulties and the painful memory of the tragedy of the earthquake, "HAITI is now firmly and permanently committed to the path of progress."

During the last 6 months, the Government has initiated a number of actions carried out hundreds of visible and sustainable projects adopted multiple measures proposed effective public policies that reduce disparities and facilitate the emergence of a new HAITI.

Nap bay laprès dokiman an pou li pataje enfomasyon sa yo ak popilasyon an.

In recent months, the Government has worked day and night to find solutions to one million four hundred thousand victims, more than 90% of the affected population according to figures from the International Organization for Migration.

Honorab lè nou te rive 14 Me 2011 nou te jwenn 1 milyon si cen mil sitwayen anba tant. Jodia rete 147.000 apre ke nou travay tankou mèt Janjak pou ede chak fanmi jwenn yon kay.

Nap travay chak jou pou nou retire tout frèn ak sè nou yo anba tant.

I take this opportunity to acknowledge the support of the international community in the relocation of victims. Pep ayisyen new mesi di.

We are also grateful for the assistance to rebuild the country in general.

However, the Government can only regret the slow disbursement of aid. Of course there is a necessity for donors to take certain guarantees but the fact remains that the procedures are too long and complex. We also wish to accelerate the execution in 2014 of the new cooperation framework CAED to get better results with the resources of external assistance.

Nou di patnè yo ak oganizasyon entènasyonal ki vle ede ke nou konprann ke genyen yon pakèt pwosedi pou debloke lajan pou Ayiti men mezanmi gen sitwayen kap soufri anba tant yo toujou. Yo pakab tounen pwa tann !

On the other hand, as I had occasion to remind at the
Tribune of the United Nations, the international community has not fully complied with its commitments it had taken March 31, 2010 NEW YORK: U.S. $ 10 billion had been pledged to help Haiti recover from the earthquake.

With very little, the Government has done a lot ... and we are very proud.

Honourable Members,
Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am pleased to be present at this forum to present the results of government action and share with you the fruits of our efforts.

True to the vision of the Head of State, His Excellency Michel Martelly and his promises of electoral campaign resulted in the policy statement, the Government has applied to implement policies that will enable Haiti to join the group of emerging countries by 2030.

Indeed, despite the economic crisis at many countries, especially among our partners, despite the natural disasters that hit the country in recent years, the government remains optimistic and has worked tirelessly to grow the economy, always with the compass, that this growth is equitable and benefits in priority to the poorest.

Eritaj ke nou jwenn nan pat bon ditou apre goudougoudou. Nou resevwa yon peyi ki kraze tout jan. Nou retire 4 000 pisin olimpik debri. San nou pa plinyin, nap travay chak jou pou chanje figi ekonomik peyi a pou bay chak sitwayen yon chans.

Honourable Members, I have the privilege to confirm that our country returns to economic growth.

Major infrastructure projects progressing around the country, social assistance programs allow the excluded access to some of the most basic fundamental rights such as the right to education, food, health care health.

While maintaining the policy of rationalization of budgetary expenditure, the Government has focused its attention on the fight against extreme poverty.

Thus the balance of government action for the last 6 months, reported outstanding performance:

Jodia nou chak konstate jan sekirite a komanse retounen sekirite gratis ti chéri. Papa ak manman pitit pa gen kè sote nan lari a anko. Stress Kidnaping lan preske disparèt. Nou konnen ke si pa gen sekirite pap genyen envestisman, si pa gen envestisman pa gen job nan lari a.

Onorab Palmantè ann bat yon bravo pou bèl travay ke lapolis reyalize an 2013.

Sak poko jwen yo nap rive sou yo an 2014. [...]»
