Discussion with the American tour operator Apple Leisure Group
After the conquest of the Canadian tour operator Transat holidays, Stéphanie Balmir Villedrouin, the Minister of Tourism has put the Cap on the important U.S. Tour Operator Apple Leisure Group. In Philadelphia, the Minister met with the tour operator with which it has entered into discussions regarding the inclusion of Haiti in the list of tourist destinations and the introduction of new packages United States to Haiti. The meeting was held with Charles A. 7 French journalists and Dominicans
Earlier this week a group composed of 7 journalists, including two French of Travel magazine and five Dominicans, respectively of Hoy, Listin Diario, Infotur and Bohio, under the direction of Ms. Dieudonne Luma Etienne, Regional Director Northern Ministry of Tourism and Denise Hermina Reyes Estella of "DS Travel" have visited as part of an exploration mission : the Citadelle Henry, the Sans-Souci Palace, the Downtown Historic of Cap-Haitien, Hotel Cormier Plage. During their stay, the delegation will visit the observatory of Boutilliers the iron market, the Museum of Haitian National Pantheon (MUPANAH),the Côte des Arcadins and the National Historical (Citadelle, Sans Souci Palace and Ramiers).

Development of Village of Labadee
Friday, Ms. Dieudonne Luma Etienne, Regional Director North Ministry of Tourism, in conjunction with the 'Société d’Aménagement et de Développement' (SODADE) in the presence of Jean Bernard Simonet, President of the North Tourist Association (ATH-Nord), met with the Boards of Directors of communal sections of the Communal Section of Bande du Nord including organizations and members of civil society (Labadee-Bande du Nord) around a strategy of Development of Village of Labadee. At this meeting, participants were invited to send their complaints (according to their needs for priority, timely and direct actions) to the firm SODADE, in order to prepare a Development Plan strategic and inclusive to the benefit of the communityof the zone Bande du Nord-Village-Labadee.

Exhibitions at MUPANAH
In its temporary exhibition hall, the Museum of Haitian National Pantheon (MUPANAH) transports visitors into the world of Haitian art. The works exhibited there until 19 February 2014, nearly sixty, comes from its permanent collection, reflect the diverse artistic trends from the early 1940s, with Hector Hyppolite. The exhibition begins with drawings signed Ralph Allen, Patrick Vilaire, Hervé Télémaque, Gesner Armand, and Philipe Dodard, among others. Watercolor of Luckner Lazare announces the colors of the Haitian painting. Still lifes, abstractions of naive painting and works "Saint Soleil" enchant the visitorn, which has also pleasure to discover the remarkable sculptures in carved metal.
