Order declaring of Public Utility certain areas Public Utility certain located in the municipality of Saint-Marc surfaces for the creation of eleven "exutoires" from the National Road # 1 to the sea (Order proposed by the Ministers of Interior, Justice, Economy, Public Works and the Environment).
