Haiti - Justice : Me Claude Jean appointed to replace Me Gérald Norgaisse
Monday, Me Jean Renel Sanon, the Minister of Justice announced that following the resignation of Gérald Norgaisse, acting Government Commissioner near the Court of First Instance of Port-au-Prince https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-10856-haiti-justice-me-gerald-norgaisse-resigns.html , Substitute Commissioner of the Government Commissioner, Me Claude Jean, was chosen to ensure the interim at the head of the prosecution that, until the return of the Substitute Government Commissioner, Kerson Charles Darius, currently a study trip in the United States.
