Haiti - Politic : Nth Anti-government protests 16/04/2014 14:10:08 Waling alongside the Boulevard La Saline, then Delmas Avenue and Martin Luther King the demonstration gradually reached several thousand people under heavy police surveillance. Protesters hurled about hostile to the Head of State, whom they accused of all evils ans alow to the Prime Minister which according to them is not credible. They demanded once more, the departure of the team in power and its replacement by a provisional government in charge of organizing general elections... A position that divides the apparent unity of the opposition... Signs in hand , chanting anti-government about, throwing everything they found in their path, some demonstrators shouting that the revolution had begun... Rudy Hériveaux, the new Minister of Communications, has also been the target of angry protesters because of his public commitment to the fight against misinformation, described by some, of interference with freedom of the press... Senator Moïse Jean-Charles, who attended the event, as his colleague Deputy Arnel Belizaire launched "We must not allow Martelly to end with the country. He must go and we are committed to this fight," promising the multiplication of events... Expected to lead before the National Palace, the event could not get to its destination, intercepted in the hamp de Mars by agents of the Body of Intervention and Maintenance of Order (CIMO), which dispersed the demonstrators with tear gas, while political leaders had already left this nth manifestation...
