Haiti - Politic : 6 Decrees adopted by the Council of Ministers 08/05/2014 10:56:48 1 - Decree extending the mandate of the Presidential Commission on Reform of Business Law This Decree roposed by Wilson Laleau, the Minister of Trade and Industry, repeals section 4 of the Decree of 25 May 2012 establishing the Presidential Commission on Reform of Business Law. It extends the mandate of this Commission for a new period expiring at the end of the presidential term. 2 - Decree declaring of Public Utility, in the Commune of Belladères the surface delimiting the section of road bypassing the town of Belladères This Decree submitted by the Ministers of Planning and External Cooperation [Laurent Lamothe] of Justice and Public Safety [Jean Renel Sanon], Interior and Territorial Communities [Réginald Delva], Economy and Finance [Marie-Carmelle Jean-Marie], Public Works [Jacques Rousseau] and Environment [Jean François Thomas] declares of public utility, in the Commune of Belladères the surface delimiting the section of road bypassing the town of Belladères on a corridor width of 100 meters. 3 - Decree declaring of Public Utility, in the Commune of Lascahobas the surface delimiting the section of road bypassing the town of Lascahobas That Decree proposed by the same Ministers of the Second Decree, declares of public utility, in the Commune of Lascahobas the surface delimiting the section of road bypassing the town of Lascahobas on a corridor width of 100 meters. 4 - Decree on organization and functioning of the Unit for Coordination and Monitoring of Public Policies This Decree submitted by the Prime Minister, Laurent Lamothe, put organization and functioning of the Unit for Coordination and Monitoring of Public Policy, whose mission is to ensure the monitoring and evaluation of government action and contribute to the preparation of records of strategic thinking, primarily on issues related to the good governance. 5 - Decree designating members of the Board of Directors of the National Directorate for Potable Water The aforementioned Decree proposed by Jacques Rousseau, Minister of Public Works, appoints the personalities to form the Board of Directors of the National Directorate of Water Supply and Sanitation (DINEPA). 6- Decree creating the "Intersectoral Technical Committee Expo 2015", hereinafter designated as the acronym "CTISE" The CTISE is responsible for planning, organizing and ensuring the participation of Haiti at Expo 2015 in Milan, hereinafter named : "Expo 2015". Moreover, the UPR report was presented by Rosanne Auguste, the Delegate Minister of Human Rights and the Fight against extreme poverty and adopted by the Council. HL/ HaitiLibre
