Haiti - Culture : Successful musical evening at the Champ de Mars 22/06/2014 10:57:47 The famous Nigerian drummer Tony Allen, the guest of honor of the evening, accompanied by Haitian drummers, set the tone, while the Voodoo singer of international fame, Erol Josué (also Director General of the National Bureau of Ethnology) sang the chorus of a song from the repertoire of the voodoo music. Recall that Tony Allen, author and composer, is one of the pioneers of "Afro-beat".
