Haiti - Social : The artistic creation workshops continue successfully

In the continuity of "Kalfou Richès Peyi dAyiti" program, initiated in 2012 by the Office of the Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister (Marie Carmelle Rose Anne Auguste), responsible for human Rights and the Fight Against Extreme Poverty, the artistic creation workshops initiated by the Minister Auguste, experience a true success https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-11762-haiti-social-the-government-encourages-artistic-creation.html
Monday at Kreyolololo Centre, they were more than thirty young people (men and women) to participate in songs workshops (animated by the Haitian musician Georges Vilson from the United States), of sound (led by sound engineer Jean Daniel Rodney) and percussion (animated by the drummer Julien Rodrigue).
For the singing workshop which started last week, the participants had music lessons (solfege) and worked ontraditional songs from the repertoire of Haiti, in the presence of the Minister Auguste.
The sound workshop has passionated a lot of participants, mostly young people from disadvantaged neighborhoods whose two young women of the workshop Toto B, which nourish the dream one day to become sound engineer.
Meanwhile, the painting workshop run by the painter Richard Barbot https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-11839-haiti-culture-opening-of-a-painting-training-workshop.html continues its activities in the Office of the Minister Delegate, until the launch of the photography workshop.
