A structure that should be permanent, for the revitalization of lycées and experience sharing between educational professionals." In order to improve governance and the quality of learning in lycées, the Minister announced the establishment of a biometric reader to enable to control the entry and exit of teachers in the classroom (to control the absenteeism and unauthorized substitutions). Furthermore, as part of efforts to modernize the public educational institutions, he announced that all lycées will be equipped with a digital interactive whiteboard at this news school year. For his part, Denis Cadeau, the Director General of the Ministry, stressed "This conference should allow each Director here, to understand the need to act quickly and well, drawing on indicators that are related to academic performance," inviting the heads of public institutions to understand the urgency of the hour for the next generation of the sector.
