This PIDIH is an ambitious project that aims to identify and document in 10 months, more than 300,000 Haitian living illegally in Dominican territory. The implementation of this program is a duty of the Haitian state towards all its citizens, whether inside the country or outside, and secondly, to honor a commitment made in the context of high-level dialogue with the Dominican Republic.
