20,000 hotel rooms in 20 years...
Stéphanie Balmir Villedrouin, the Minister of Tourism and Creative Industries (MTIC) said that Haiti has the necessary conditions for the recovery of tourism, noting that the country currently has some 8,500 rooms (all categories) and are expected to reach 20,000 within 20 years.

Experts from UNESCO and the Smithsonian visiting MUPANAH
On Monday, the Museum of Haitian National Pantheon (MUPANAH) received a visit from Michaëlle Jean, the UNESCO Special Envoy to Haiti, which was accompanied by Daniel Rogers, Ph.D., a specialist from "Smithsonian" and other experts from UNESCO.
