Haiti - Justice : Two Haitians found dead in the River Massacre... 01/10/2014 11:00:38
On site were present present officers of the Sub-Directorate of Criminal Investigation of the Dominican police, Assistant Attorney Ambiorix Freddy Guzman and forensic pathologist José Manuel Rodríguez. The National Police of Dajabón stated that the National Police of Haiti of Ouanaminthe and the Public Ministry were jointly in charge of the investigation. The first body was found floating in the waters of the river in the sector 32 of Dajabón and identified, it would be Jean-Pierre, a young man of 23 years. At a short distance, a second body was found on the shore, headless and mutilated arm, making it impossible for the moment identification.
