In their Intervention the two Chancellors have emphasized on the determination of their Governments to work towards strengthening the relations of friendship and cooperation that exist between the two States for 25 years. The Chancellor Meade has placed emphasis on the need that the Haitian and Mexican authorities, take without delay the necessary measures to strengthen the legal framework for bilateral cooperation to create the conditions for cooperation in areas of common interest, of development of business relations and increased trade flows between the two states. Four other cooperation projects, whose three relate to education sector, will be the subject of consultations between the Ministries of Educations of both countries and will eventually be adopted in the next two months, to be implemented in 2015.
