Haiti - Diplomacy : Two Haitian personalities decorated by France

Patrick Nicoloso, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to the Republic of Haiti, recently proceeded to the presentation of the Legion of Honor to former Minister for Women and women's rights, Adeline Chancy and the of agricultural Merit to former minister of agriculture, agronomist Philippe Mathieu.
Adeline Chancy, defender of women's rights, of the Creole language and literacy expert, received the insignia of Chevalier of the Legion of Honor.
