Speech of President Martelly : "Madam Minister of Overseas Territories Ministers, Chair of the friendship group France-Haiti, Honorable MP Mr. the Préfet Mr. Mayor, Members of the delegation, Ladies and gentlemen, Dear friends, Before the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which states that all men and all women are born free and equal in rights.
