Haiti - Diaspora : Forum «International Meeting South»

On Monday, the Ministry of Haitians Living Abroad (MHAVE) will host the Forum "International Meeting South" organized in collaboration with the Franco-Haitian Platform Associations (PAFHA) and the International Solidarity on Migration Organizations Forum (FORIM).
This Forum will be held under the theme "The issues of cooperation between the Diaspora and the Haitian institutions," aims notably to reinforce the contribution of the Haitian diaspora in the development of Haiti and to converge ideas towards a cooperation framework for the sustainable development.
Throughout the day, personalities from various backgrounds, will address through panels among others : the contributions of the diaspora in the areas of health, water and the environment; local development and the sharing of experiences on the contribution of the diaspora in supporting development projects...
