He will take advantage of his presence in the Ecuadorian capital to inaugurate Wednesday the "Plaza Haiti" together with the city of Quito. That this new public square, located in the heart of Quito, is an initiative of the Embassy of Haiti in Ecuador on behalf of the Haitian Government, to honor the Emperor Jean-Jacques Dessalines and Alexandre Pétion.
