Moseler Georges, Executive Director of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) said the majority of cases of excluded candidates to the Senate and for the deputation, have been because of the nationality certificate issued by the Immigration and Emigration Service and also because of the title. As for the title, he said that candidates had to submit a certified copy issued by a notary and that instead, some applicants submitted a photocopy, while in other cases BED sometimes refused to keep the original title and make a single copy. Finally the last "final" list of legislative candidates, published by the CEP, risk once again to be revised...
