Haiti - Training : Inauguration of the mechanical workshop at ENAM
On Monday, the Prime Minister, Evans Paul, proceeded to the inauguration of the mechanical workshop of the National School of Arts and Crafts (ENAM) of the Congregation of the Salesians of St. John Bosco in La Saline. This ceremony was attended by the Reverend Father Sonel Romain, Director of ENAM, Reverend Father Zucchi Olibrice, Executive Director, responsible for the construction and the delegation of the "International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers", was an opportunity for the Head of Government to salute the work of the Congregation of the Salesians in Haiti.

Evans Paul pointed out that the congregation had never stopped doing worthwhile work in basic and secondary education, as well as in technical and vocational training of young people "[...] because a society needs its artists, its builders, its mechanics, its cabinetmakers and carpenters, to produce and achieve all that is useful."

He congratulated ENAM of St. John Bosco, for allowing the young people who attend the establishment for years to acquire a trade enabling them to become independent and to be producers of wealth for the development of Haitian society.
