Haiti will compete in 5 disciplines : Athletics(X4) : Jessica A. Gélibert (400 meter hurdle), Moïse Joseph (800m), Samyr lainé (triple jump) and Darell West (100m). At Guadalajara 2011, Haiti sent 12 athletes who competed in five sports: athletics, judo, tennis, weightlifting and taekwondo. Among them was US-born and Harvard-educated Samyr Laine, who placed fifth in the triple jump. Haiti has won seven medals, placing the country thirty-first on the all-time Pan Am Games medals list. The country has yet to win a gold medal coming into TORONTO 2015. Parapan American Games (from 7 to 15 August 2015) These Games are a multi-sport event, held every four years in which to bring together disabled athletes of countries of the Americas. Haiti first appeared at the Parapan Am Games at Rio de Janeiro 2007, competing in athletics, powerlifting and table tennis. At Guadalajara 2011, Haiti sent four athletes to compete in two sports: athletics and cycling. Haiti has yet to win a medal at the Parapan Am Games. BF/ HaitiLibre
