The Ministry for the Status of Women and Women's Rights has shown, despite some difficulties, its willingness to meet its obligations. That's why we work hard to provide the country with an appropriate legal framework to crack down with rigor, to stop the violence practices against women. Know that your contribution brings a major tool for strengthening an environment conducive to respect for human rights [...]" encouraging the audience to think, propose, correct ideas for the 50th Legislature in order to validate this Act. Two major points crystallize the role of the Ministry of Women and Women's Rights (MCFDF): identify and compile "all laws discriminating against women, for amendment or elimination; propose after discussion and consultation with the various entities organized, new laws, consistent with fundamental principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other national and international instrument for the protection of women."
