Haiti - DR : Vinicio Castillo contests the mass regularization decided by the MIP 03/08/2015 10:23:45
He considers as "illegal and unconstitutional" the disposition of MIP, while less than 10% of registrants meet the requirements of the law and the decree 327-13.
