While waiting to obtain a PE, the teacher who participated in the census by completing the form concerning the exercise of their profession, is entitled to a PPE, valid for two years. During this period, the teacher will work to fulfill the conditions empowering it to obtain its PE. In other words, the PPE or "Provisional Teaching Permit" is an exceptional notice of conditional eligibility issued to any active teacher in the classroom identified during the census of 26 September 2014. It is issued by the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP). The PPE holder must follow the certification process enabling it to be entitled, after analysis of its case, to the type of Teaching Permit (EP) aapted to its profile.. A teacher holding a PPE is automatically eligible for obtaining the Education Advantage Card giving access to several privileges https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-14689-haiti-education-signing-of-an-agreement-with-partners-of-the-education-advantage-card.html Also, let's recall that Monday, September 7, 2015 is the date of the back to school for the new academic year 2015-2016.
