The Provisional Electoral Council (CEP), in accordance with Article 188 of the Electoral Decree of March 2, 2015, released the final results of the first round of legislative elections of 9 August 2015. The results show that there has been 2 senators elected in the first round and 8 deputies elected in the first round.

Senator elected in the first round :

By decision of BCED, Jean Renel Sénatus (West - LIDE), has a lead of 43.18% compared to its immediate pursuer, and therefore he was elected in the first round.

Youri Latortue, AAA, Artibonite Department with 51.579 votes or 46%.

At the level of deputies in the Artibonite in Saint Marc, Verrettes, Petite Riviere de l'Artibonite, Grande Saline and Desdunes the elections will be resumed by decision of the CEP (PV recovered less than 70%); in Centre in Boucan Carré, Savanette/Quartier Baptiste elections were canceled by decision of electoral contentious ; in Grand Anse in Jérémie, Roseaux ad Pestel elections were canceled by decision of electoral contentious; in the North, in Acul du Nord, Grande Rivière du Nord/Bahon, Saint Raphael, Dondon, Port Margot and Plaisance the elections were canceled by decision of electoral contentious ; in the North West to Môle Saint-Nicolas lections will be resumed by decision of the CEP (PV recovered less than 70%) ; in the West Port-au-Prince 1stCité-Soleil, Gressier, Cornillon, Archaie and Cabarert, the elections will be resumed by decision of the CEP (PV recovered less than 70%) ; for the South in Port-à-Piment the elections will be resumed by decision of the CEP (PV recovered less than 70%) ; for the South East in Marigot elections will be resumed by decision of the CEP (PV recovered less than 70%).

At the level of senators, in the center the CEP indicates that the final results will be released after the resumption of the elections in the constituencies of Boucan-Carré and Savannette ; the same for the Grand Anse after the resumption of elections to Jérémie and Pestel ; in the North after the resumption of elections to Acul du Nord, Dondon, Saint Raphael, Grande Rivière du Nord, Plaisance and Port Margot ;
