"The purpose of my visit was to meet the Government Commissioner and substitutes Commissioner, in order to sensitize them on the role that the prosecution and the Peace courts will have to play in the context of the organization of elections on 25 October. Furthermore we have took the opportunity to visit the prison of the Police Station of the city that we have found in a very sorry state. Finally he said on Radio Preference that "security will be strengthened in Petit-Goâve during the elections, as we are informed of what is happening in this area."
