Method of calculation for Sunday's elections The Provisional Electoral Council recalls that the method of counting and determination of the percentage of votes, will be in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Haiti of 1987 and amended with those of the Electoral Decree of 2 March 2015.
