The officer who gave the order to fire must be punished for this illegal act," denounced Steven Benoit who was himself wounded. The PHTK request to dismiss the accusations of Fanmi Lavalas Me Patrick Laurent, lawyer of Jovenel Moïse (PHTK) asked the electoral court (BCEN) to reject the accusations of Mrs. Narcisse (Fanmi Lavalas) evoking the thesis that the plaintiff did not submit to the Court any evidence to support its allegations, according to him the candidate Maryse Narcisse is not entitled to file a protest with the BCEN and asked the electoral court to declare inadmissible the challenge of the latter for lack of interest.
