Haiti - FLASH : The CEP denies, the verification of PV was not random...

The CEP stresses that "unlike the term used in the decision of BCEN, all PV verified to CTV on November 21, 2015 for the presidential elections, does not constitute a random sample."

In the case of the BCEN verifications, they are the lawyers of the parties concerned that have shown to the judges the Voting centers and / or the minutes they wanted to verify and therefore, no conclusions can be generalized following this check for all the minutes received and processed by the CTV."
