Haiti - Elections : «Renmen Ayiti» refuses that Euvonie Georges participate in the Commission...
Euvonie Georges Auguste appointed Wednesday by the Executive, member of the Commission of Electoral Evaluation https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-16089-haiti-flash-president-martelly-announced-the-creation-of-a-commission.html was recalled by the platform Renmen Ayiti who denounced in a note, the designation by the Executive, of a member of its Board and asked the Mambo Euvonie, to renounce to any participation in this Commission, pending the authorities do what is necessary to officialize her withdrawal.

For the Political Platform, the formation of this Commission is contrary to the request of the G8 which calls of preference in favor of the establishment of an independent commission of inquiry.

Note of Renmen Ayiti :
"The Platform Renmen Ayiti was amazed to learn that a members of its Board and Spokesperson on some occasions, Mrs Euvonie Georges Auguste was appointed member of a certain 'Commission of Electoral Evaluation' created by the Administration Martelly-Paul.

The ethical rules that are the factory mark of the Platform and of its leader forced it to withdraw the nomination of Mrs. Auguste Euvonie to whom the Platform urges to renounce to any participation in the work of this Commission while waiting to be able to require authorities which named her to withdraw the illegal and inappropriate decision.

The Council of the Platform Renmen Ayiti informs the entire populationand all sectors of national life, that it could not accept the participation of Euvonie Georges Auguste in this Commission which is contrary to the request of the G8 including its presidential candidate belongs. The G8 is clear in its demand expressed in all its positions. The Administration Martelly-Paul has established "ITS COMMISSION", and not that demanded by the G8 in its latest Press Release 11 December 2015 signed by all its members, including the candidate Jude Célestin: 'An Independent Investigation Commission for restoring the sincerity of elections [...]'.

Renmen Ayiti here renews his faith in the establishment of credible institution for the establishment of democracy in Haiti.

Port-au-Prince, December 17, 2015
Harry Clinton, President of the Platform"
