Haiti - Senegal : No special treatment for Haitians
Speaking in front of the Senegalese deputies during the vote of the budget of his department, Professor Amadou Tidiane Bâ, Senegalese Minister of Higher Education of Universities said that the Haitian scholarship students will enjoy the same social and academic conditions than Senegalese.

"For social integration, the Haitian students will have exactly the same grants that the Senegalese" said the minister, adding that for the academic integration "there will be no favor, examinations, courses, controls, will be the same for Senegalese and the Haitians." However, Amadou Tidiane Bâ said that President Wade had asked him to make him a periodic report on their insertion of both academic and social, "since the levels of study between Haiti and our country are not the same. It's a bit higher here than on the other side [Haiti]."
