Minister Dupuy also stressed "We must avoid excesses contrary, the agenda of a group is not necessarily the national agenda." About the Independent Electoral Commission of Evaluation he recalled that "[...] the Commission was set up at the request of a candidate qualified [Jude Célestin] to the 2nd round. Not yet constituted, it has been challenged," adding "we can not ask one thing and its opposite! [...] To the surprise of many, the Government has chosen not to interfere in the electoral process. The Evaluation Electoral Commission can not invent results. The work of the Evaluation Commission will dispel doubts in the population, in terms of the electoral process."
