In a letter addressed this Friday, March 18 to the President of the Chamber of Deputies, Cholzer Chancy, the Prime Minister named, Fritz-Alphonse Jean, which should present today his General Policy to obtain a vote of confidence, request an additional 48 hours...

Mr. President,

In reference to the request of honorable Parliamentarians intervening in the rostrum of the Chamber of Deputies at the session of Wednesday, March 15, 2016 on the statement of my general policy, I inform you that I have not yet obtained sufficient consensus on the choice of personalities to complete the Ministerial Cabinet https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-16888-haiti-politic-quorum-reversed-no-ratification-of-general-policy.html

To that end, I request that it may please the August Assembly to grant me a period of forty-eight (48) hours for the presentation of the statement of my general policy.
