President a.i. of the Republic Jocelerme Privert named in a decree the citizen Enex J. Jean-Charles, Prime Minister of the Republic of Haiti, after the statement of general policy of the last Prime Minister named Fritz-Alphonse Jean was rejected by the Chamber of Deputies.

"Given the Constitution in particular Articles 133, 136, 137, 155, 156, 158, 159.1, 162, 163, 164, 166, 168, 169, 169.1, 170 et 171;

Given the political agreement dated February 5, 2016;

Considering that it is necessary to name a new Prime Minister;

ORDERS

Article 1. The citizen Enex J. JEAN-CHARLES is named Prime Minister of the Republic

Article 2.- An amplification of this decree will be issued to the person concerned

Article 3.- This decree will be printed, published and performed for the purposes of law.
