Haiti - Politic : Who is Enex Jean-Charles ?
University professor, a career civil servant and politician of great experience, Enex Jean-Charles was born July 18, 1960 in Chansolme (Northwest, in the Borough of Port-de-Paix), he is married with three children.

Before being named Prime Minister https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-16952-haiti-flash-enex-j-jean-charles-new-prime-minister-named.html he was one of Jocelerme Privert Adviser and figured in the ministerial cabinet as Minister of Planning and External Cooperation in the eventual government of Fritz-Alphonse Jean.

Since June 2011, he was one of the advisers of Michel Martelly. From December 2007 to May 2011, he was special adviser to President René Préval and from March 2004 to June 2006, under Boniface Alexandre, during the transition he was Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, with the rank of minister.
Well known in politics since 1988 as "the friend of everyone", he has many friends in Parliament but also some enemies...

Enex Jean-Charles, holds a Master of Public Administration of the University of Missouri (Columbia, - USA) and also a degree in political and administrative sciences from the University of Brussels (Belgium), of where he emerged graduated with distinction. He completed studies in Administrative Law, at the Université Libre of Brussels.

Since 1991 he is Professor of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law and Economics (FDSE) of the State University of Haiti in Port-au-Prince since 2006 to the Valparaiso University in Port-de-Paix. Professor Jean-Charles has published numerous articles and research reports on the administrative policy development, local participation and decision-making in administrative matters. He is the author of the Haitian Administrative Law Manual, which is still today the reference in the country in this regard.

He also much work as consultant to many national and international institutions regarding the organization, action and the law relating to political and administrative matters. He has extensive professional experience in the United States but also in Ireland, Belgium and the Republic of Georgia on community development projects. He has many contacts with other university professors, politicians, community leaders in many countries, including Canada, Ireland, France, Belgium, Italy, China, Taiwan, Burundi, Rwanda, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Congo, Japan and Mexico...
