Haiti - Dominican Republic : The police of both countries track down a Haitian
Monday, the Dominican National Police (PND) revealed that it was in constant contact with the National Police of Haiti (PNH) as part of efforts to locate and capture a Haitian citizen actively sought, Guillaume Mogue, accused of having strangled Milagros del Carmen de Díaz, the mother of the Executive Director of the Standing Committee on Government Property Titles.

According to investigators, the crime could have as mobile a theft, a safe belonging to the victim who was found in the suspect's bedroom, room that Ms. del Carmen rented him.

General Máximo Báez Aybar, the Dominican police spokesman explained that an important device was deployed at the border to prevent the escape of the suspect in Haiti, adding that in case he succeed to circumvent the system in place, he was in contact with his Haitian counterpart, who will intercept and to stop if necessary the fugitive in Haitian territory.
