Haiti - FLASH : 30 new appointments, Privert accelerates...

If the replacement of the political staff and Directorates General by an elected government for 5 years is usual, the large number of appointments made by the provisional President Privert, which performs its function as part of a term of 120 days, are much less...
In two editions of the official newspaper "Le Moniteur", No.85 and 86 dated Tuesday, May 10, 2016 and Wednesday, May 11, 2016 the head of State just proceed with the appointment of 30 personalities: 5 State Secretaries, 6 Directors General, 4 Deputy Director General and 15 Vice Delegates, bringing to 59 the total number of appointments since the beginning of his presidency (not including ministers and staff of the Primature).
Secretary of State :
- The citizen Brutus Paula Julien, is named Secretary of State for Literacy ;
- The citizen Edouard Wilson, is named Secretary of State for Transport ;
- The citizen Patrice Severe, is named Secretary of State for Plant Production ;
- The citizen Estime Maxene, is named Secretary of State for Animal Production ;
- The citizen Guy Gérard Georges, is named Secretary of State for Population.
Director General :
- The citizen Louis Mary Cador, is named Director General of the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP) ;
- The citizen Frantz-Charles Dehonnel, is named Director General of the Office of Citizen Protection (OPC) ;
- The citizen Macul Devalis, is named Directeur Général of the Road Maintenance Fund (FER) ;
- The citizen Philippe Karl Debrosse, is named Directeur Général of the National Society of Industrial Parks (SONAPI) ;
- The citizen Valiollah Saint Louis Gilmus, is named Director General of the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Civic Action (MJSAC) ;
- The citizen Charles Raymond Pierre, is named Directeur Général of the Ministry of Public Works, Transport and Communications.
Deputy Director General :
- The citizen Ive Pierre, is named Deputy Director General of the National Society of Industrial Parks (SONAPI) ;
- The citizen Ardouin Louis Charles, is named Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Haitians Living Abroad (MHAVE) ;
- The citizen Gregory Salomon Monrose, is named Deputy Director of the Ministry of the Environment ;
- The citizen Wilfrid Trenard, is named Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation (MPCE).
Deputy Delegate :
- The citizen Jean Roland Boisrond, is named Deputy Delegate of the arrondissement of Port-Salut, in the South Department ;
- The citizen Kely Vai, is named Deputy Delegate of the arrondissement of Charbonnières, in the South Department ;
- The citizen Louis Erius St Germain, is named Deputy Delegate of the arrondissement of Les Cayes, in the South Department ;
- The citizen Jeannot Sanon, is named Deputy Delegate of the arrondissement of Aquin, in the South Department ;
- The citizen Walking Novembre, is named Deputy Delegate of the arrondissement of Mirebalais in the Centre Department ;
- The citizen Roland Bazelais, is named Deputy Delegate of the arrondissement of Jérémie, in the Department of Grande-Anse ;
- The citizen Alexis Renol, is named Deputy Delegate of the arrondissement of Corail, in the Department of Grande-Anse ;
- The citizen Gérard Jean Clause, is named Deputy Delegate of the arrondissement of Plaisance, in the North Department ;
