A radio station in the capital, reported that a citizen, Jules Nickenlson would have been shot dead in Desdunes (Artibonite)... infos to follow...

At hôtel Résidence Royale (North) an INITE candidate would have been arrested in possession of a box full of ballots. At Gomier (Jérémie) is a senator who was caught with a pre-filled ballot box...
