The AmCham requests the Government, the Ministry of Justice, the National Police of Haiti and the Superior Council of the Judiciary to pronounce and take responsibility, each in respect, to ensure that such acts do not recur in the country and to take all necessary measures to immediately pursue impostors, bandits and their accomplices perpetrators [...] The AmCham reminds everyone that the Haitian private sector already operates in an extremely precarious environment and that it is consents of enormous sacrifices to maintain and preserve the jobs it provides. Allow bandits and impostors to attack private property and calls into question the very foundations of the Haitian nation and can not be tolerated by the State. The AmCham presents its sympathies to the owners and SunAuto well as its employees and customers who have been affected by these acts of vandalism and encourage them not to be intimidated and to continue to work to strengthen the national economy.
