Resignation letter of Kely Bastien : "Port au Prince, August 22, 2016, [...] I have the regret to present you my resignation as Health Adviser and in relation with the parliament of your Private Office. This decision is effective upon receipt of this. It is explained by your laudable concern to ensure the neutrality of the Presidency of the Republic on the organization of the forthcoming elections. I want to thank you very much for the trust you have placed in me to help you fully assume your mission [...] I please ask you to convey my gratitude to the Chief of Staff and other members of the Cabinet who have allowed me to live this experience so rewarding of teamwork.
