Haiti - FLASH: First electoral debate between 6 Presidential candidates
The Public Affairs Intervention Group (GIAP) continues its tradition of electoral debates to offer to the electorate, within the framework of elections of October 2016, the possibility to see their potential leaders and learn their programs and projects for our country.

On 20 September, the GIAP in its strict neutrality known since the debates of 2010 and 2015, will hold its first electoral debate. Given limited resources and lessons of the last debate, the GIAP invite 6 presidential candidates to debate with a panel of professional journalists.

The guests are [in alphabetical order]: Edmonde Supplice Beauzile (Fusion), Jean-Charles Moïse (Piti Dessalin), Jean Henry Céant (Renmen Ayiti), Jovenel Moïse (PHTK), Jude Célestin (LAPEH), Maryse Narcisse (Fanmi Lavalas ). The GIAP hope they find the time to come and meet their electorate.

These candidates will offer their points of view include: on their strategy to reverse the situation of unemployment by creating jobs; how they plan to mobilize resources to provide basic services to the population in a context of decentralization; their policies on renewable energy, the reconstruction of our environment in a sustainable development goal; their desire to properly direct the State in transparency, the implementation of reforms necessary for the emergence of the rule of law,equality in justice, new practices of power and governance able to recreate the trust of our partners and act at the same time for Haiti again become a sovereign country.

This debate will be broadcast widely on a range of media.
