According to the NGO, Palin comes see the work realize, near the people suffering from cholera. She will visit amongst others, a Cholera Treatment Centre during her stay.

This trip to Haiti could be used for political purposes for Palin, firstly for expand its image internationally, hitherto very limited (some rumors announce trips to Israel and Britain in early 2011). Secondly, in the perpective where Sarah Palin could be the candidate of her party at the time of elections 2012, it could take the opportunity to woo the electorate Evangelist, which largely favors the former governor of Arkansas Mike Huckabee, among the potential candidates of the Republican Party in the presidential election of 2012. Although Franklin Graham (son of preacher Billy Graham) do not made the unanimous as religious figure because of his positions on Islam, that it has several times diabolized.
