Haiti - Social : Caracas / Port-au-Prince in 3:30 instead of 6:00
This week Venezuelan society "Aserca Airlines" announced a new route that will connect Venezuela with Haiti in 3:30 instead of 6:00 previously.

This new route between the Simon Bolivar International Airport of Maiquetia (few km of Caracas) and the Toussaint Louverture International Airport in Port-au-Prince, will no longer pass through Panama, but will stop to the Las Americas International Airport in the Dominican Republic.

The new route offers four weekly flights in both directions :

From Caracas, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday
Departure at 7:00 a.m. arrival in the Dominican Republic at 8:30 a.m.; departure from Santo Domingo at 10:45 a.m., arriving in Port-au-Prince at 10:30 am (local time in Haiti). Total 3:30

From Port-au-Prince, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday
Departure 11:30 a.m. arrival in the Dominican Republic at 12.15 (Pawa Dominicana); departure from Santo Domingo 6:00 p.m. arriving in Caracas at 7:30 p.m.
