For his part Jocelerme Privert reassured the Israeli diplomat of his willingness to work to strengthen the bonds of friendship and cooperation between Haiti and Israel. Subsequently, the new Israeli diplomat, accompanied by the Honorary Consul of Haiti in Israel Reuven Bigio, laid a floral offering to the Haitian National Pantheon in memory of the Independence Heroes before accepting the invitation of Mrs. Michèle G . Frisch, the Director General of the Haitian National Pantheon Museum (MUPANAH) to visit the rooms of permanent and temporary exhibitions of the museum to discover the history and culture of Haiti.
