This meshing of the territory will be carried out by experts in electronic surveillance who will retransmit the information in real time to the competent authorities in order to be able to react to the slightest incident. The Government will thus have a data bank which will be used for the identification and prosecution of any troublemaker during and after the electoral process. While many can rejoice in such an announcement, we have to be careful between the political announcements and the reality on the ground. These are the firms Sonergy S.A and Acces Haïti that after a tender will take care of the technical part of the collection, transmission and processing of data." In addition, the Government has set up 3 phone numbers enabling the population to report acts that are detrimental to the conduct of the voting : 4891-1420, 4891-1428 and 4891-1419 .
