Haiti - FLASH : Follow-up of the CTV operations
Monday, November 21, the first minutes of the Sunday elections, began arriving at the Center for Tabulation of Votes (CTV) located in the Park of SONAPI.

The number of PV (minutes) received at the CTV was 1,393 for the presidency (11.63%), and 1,390 for the senatorial from the Departmental Electoral Offices (BEDs) of the West 1 and 2.

Robenson Chérilus, the Director of the CTV hopes that the 28,938 minutes will be sent to the CTV within 72 hours...

The CTV in figures :

For the election of 20 November, the CTV will have to process 28,938 minutes, digitize them and publish them: 11,993 for the President, 2,521 for the Senate (complementary elections), 55 for mayors, 11,993 for the 1/3 Senate and 2,376 for deputies.

The CTV has about 900 temporary staff, 28.8% archivist, 55.2% operators, 5.3% lawyers, 5.5% supervisors and 5.3% various functions.

The infrastructure consists of 200 computers, 2,850 smartphones on the ground, a broadband Internet connection and 4 redundant servers of high capacity.

The physical and electronic document management consists of 28,938 PV of counting, 11,993 lists of "émargement", 11,993 PV of irregularities, 11,993 PV of incidents and 57,876 counting sheets.

28.938 counting PV will be digitized, 28.938 data reports seized and 40 reports of preliminary results.
