Haiti - Security : Haitians police officers trained in New Delhi
As of this month, 4 executives of the police of Bureau of Scientific and Technical Police (BPST), including 3 inspectors Alexis Guetchine, Destined Aurélice, Eric Jarbath and an agent IV Jeanty Pierre Edmond will attend a 3 month training in New Delhi, India on "fingerprints and cybercrime" through scholarships offered by the Government of India.
