Haiti - Politics : Signature of 4 donation contracts with Japan 30/01/2017 09:27:06 Beneficiary Projects : Project of Development of the School of CAREM submitted by the Action Committee for the Reforestation and the Education of Marmont for an amount of 105,946 US dollars to improve the conditions of learning of the 315 pupils of the school and to receive more children who do not have access to basic education, the project includes the rehabilitation of 7 existing classrooms and the construction of three new classrooms. Project of Reconstruction of the Community Dispensary of Las Lomas Saint Michel de l'Attalaye, submitted by the Youth Union of Saint-Michel (UJSC) for an amount of 77,600 dollars designed to provide access to basic health care in an appropriate environment, this project will enable the organization to build a building including a waiting room, delivery room, administration room, pharmacy, alibrary, a consultation room, a dormitory and a sanitary block. Project of Development of the Community School of Terre Blanche submitted by the "Organisation Œuvre Samaritaine" of Hinche (OROSH), for an amount of $ 107,937, will enable the organization to build a building with 6 classrooms equipped with school furniture (boards, benches, chairs and tables) and a sanitary block in order to foster a better adapted and better structured school environment for quality education. Note that currently, due to lack of budget, the school has no physical building and its 300 students are studying under the tent, since its foundation in 2013. Development Project of the Holiness Community Mixed School submitted by the Mutual Spiritual Association of the Former United Brothers and the Returnees (AMSAFUR), for an amount of 81,897 dollars intended to provide the 180 pupils with a school environment that meets basic pedagogical standards, Holiness Community School is currently housed in a premises that is not its own, is preparing to build a building with 6 classrooms equipped with school furniture (boards, benches and tables) and a sanitary block.
