Haiti - FLASH : Countries requiring a VISA to enter Haiti

A note signed by Joseph F. Cianciulli, the Director General of Immigration and Emigration, approved by Fednel Monchery, the Director General of the Ministry of the Interior "[...] advise all foreign nationals from the following countries :
- Cuba;
- China (Beijing);
- Dominican Republic ;
- Colombia;
- Panama.
who wish to visit Haiti, are obliged to obtain a VISA before their arrival in the Haitian territory.
However, if foreign applicants hold a US, Canadian or Schengen visa (Europe), they can do without this formality.
Any person who contravenes this provision ill be liable to sanctions under the law governing the matter."
