3 police officers put in isolation
Inspector Gary Desrosiers, deputy spokesman for the National Police of Haiti (PNH) announced that 3 police officers who had participated in the scene of humiliation of the two rapists arrested this week https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-21316-haiti-flash-brutal-and-degrading-arrest-of-two-rapists.html were placed in isolation. He also pointed out that the injuries found on the faces of the two rapists were inflicted by members of the population and not by the police.

Discussion around a possible post-Cotonou framework
Thursday in Cancun, Mexico, the Cariforum Chancellors and the European Development Fund Authorizing Officer (EDF) met with the European Union. Haiti was represented by Chancellor Antonio Rodrigue, National Authorizing Officer Charles Jean Jacques, Ambassador of Haiti to Mexico Guy G. Lamothe and Ronald Placius of the Haitian Chancellery to discuss a possible post-Cotonou framework on the basis of thecurrent situation, while providing the opportunity for ministers from the Caribbean to express their vision, suggestions on the new approach.

The objective of the Cotonou Agreement is to restore macroeconomic balances, develop the private sector, improve social services, foster regional integration, promote gender equality, to protect the environment and to abolish barriers to trade in a progressive and reciprocal manner.

3 Police Commissioners graduates in Defense and Security

200 years of the Court of Cassation
